Dues
CMA Manitoba has streamlined its dues process and is pleased to offer online notification and
payment through our partnership with eChapter. On Tuesday, May 24th, CMA
Members, Candidates, and Students will receive an electronic invoice. The deadline for payment of
dues is June 30, 2011. A $150.00 late fee will apply to all dues payments after June 30, 2011.
*Pre-Authorized Credit Card Payments: Please note that in
order to mitigate privacy and security risk, we will no longer accept pre-authorized payment requests or
process those currently on file.
Procedure for Online
Payments
1. Check your email inbox for an invoice (subject line: CMA Member Dues Notice 2011). If you have not
received this invoice, verify first that the invoice has not been caught in your spam folder and then contact
the CMA Manitoba office
2. Access the payment website by following the link provided on your invoice. Enter your Member ID # to
begin the payment process.
3. Fill in the following fields:
♦ Invoice ID – Your Invoice ID will be provided in your invoice
♦ Invoice Number – Your invoice number
♦ Payment Amount – Enter the numerical amount only, including cents (ie. 100.00)
♦ Card Holder’s Email – Valid email address for card holder (your receipt will be emailed to
this address)
♦ Name of Person Invoiced – Name as shown on invoice
4. Proceed to Moneris Secure Page. This will bring up the secured payment page. Enter the mailing
address as it appears on the credit card statement by filling in the appropriate fields.
5. Click "Process Transactions". * (see note below if using a Visa Card) A screen confirming that your
transaction has been processed will pop up. A transaction receipt will be emailed for your records.

If you are using a Visa Card to pay, please make sure that you have had your Visa card verified by Visa, as
Moneris uses this process to verify your card information. Each card issuer has their own process, so if your
card has not been verified (used for online payments), you will need to contact your card issuer to obtain
your online password.

Society is no longer mailing out Membership Cards. If you require a letter of good standing, please
send a request to cmamb@cmamb.com
Dues Waiver Policy &
Forms
CMA Manitoba Members may apply for a reduction in their annual membership dues if they qualify under one of
the listed categories. If you are applying for a dues waiver, please click on the appropriate category below,
download and complete the application form, and submit to the CMA Manitoba office as soon as possible.
Please note that Members qualifying for a dues waiver in the current year must apply prior to June
30th. Instructions will be provided directly on how to proceed with dues payment upon
submission of the waiver form.
